Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities

Every human being of whatever creed or race whether rich or poor is entitled to all the rights and freedoms as provided in the universal declaration of human rights. He must be aware of all his rights and be able to exercise the privileges entitled to him.

Likewise he should also comprehend which of these rights are being violated against him. Therefore we have the obligation to safeguard respect and promote our dignity. As human beings we occupy a special place above all other creatures. The lord has given us intellectual capacities.

Human rights are not cultural issues which differ from place to place a society stand or fail on the basis of the status of fundamental human rights. If these rights are not protected the equality of human life will deteriorate and no nation can gain from such a state if affairs.

Reflection

Time flew so fast. Not knowing that another chapter is about to end. We can't also deny that another chapter is to begin again.

Before this quarter ends. I just want to précis those experiences in this grading period. I was thankful that I learned and discovered new things again. I faced many challenges and problem, especially in blogging. But those challenges and problems help me in my daily life.

Through the help of this Subject ICT-I, I learned not to give up easily, especially in typing different codes and posting in my blogger. Once laziness attacks me, I just go to another workstation and have a chit-chat with them and I let my computer open even I am not working. Because of being lazy I encountered many problems. Just like updating my blog and I need to complete it just in one day. Thanked God I finished it.

Moving on, I will keep on discovering and learning new things and apply it. I will also try to finish those activities on time.
Intramurals

Considered as one of the school year's most anticipated events, the said celebration gathered students, administration, faculty, staff and parents as well, as they blow off stream through various activities.

Spearheaded by the administration. They were grouped by students and were distributed in different games. To develop camaraderie and eliminate respite among students were chosen to represent each team.

As they soared high after the ear banging cheers, drum beats, bruises and sun burn firm the games and over flowing sweat as they garnered to capped the championship. When one watches a game or a play, it is usually the lead stars that are always the most visible. It seems like the game or the play is all about them. In fact, there's no question that their talents and skills are necessary for a great production.

However, without all the behind the scenes people the set chargers the back-up the cheerleaders, a game or a production would not be possible. These invisible supporting people make the game possible.

Under the scourging heat of the sun each team members, players and non players gave their full energy and their capacity to steal strike and shoot ball and cheer for their teams to win. In the leisure and grandeur of the different activities conducted and competed each team leave

Their worries behind as each tried to run their bases trying to be home and win in every game as part every game is a pure satisfaction of participation and building friendship.

Winning and losing are part of every game. Without an opponent, there will be no game no contest and no fun. But at the end of the day upholding one's dignity and fair play is what matters most.

“Immunation: Arming Science Clubbers with Healthful

Defences toward National Wellness.”

In evaluating science clubbers, they have to be well-informed about the healthful defenses that lead a healthful nation.

In this days, upon reading newspapers and watching television there's always news about those diseases. . Diseases that are dangerous and doesn't have a treatment for it.

In this generation, information and knowledge are important on fighting a harmful disease. But before that, we need to know first the ways in good sanitation. Through our selves, we can fight of diseases by having a proper hygiene.

My Teacher My Hero

Nothing in this world compares to how our teachers give up everything for the service for everyone. It takes a lot of dedication and devotion for the people.

They spent a lot of years studying and sharing experience and realizing that life is a pilgrimage to bear the difficulties that go with being instruments of God. Indeed many are called but few are chosen.

A heart ready to help and render compassion, an aiding hand to always be of service, and a will hard as steel as they continues to live life to the fullest. These are only some of the characteristic and attribute to teachers as listener, comforter, mediator, facilitator a friend and most of all as a hero.

Teachers are not defined by how long you have known then but rather it is how you cope with each other flaws. Nothing compares having a teacher; it is they who will define us as a person. Never hesitate of what is coming to you. You never know it is for the best. No matter what happens in the future they will always be there for us.

She's the Best!

When you ask a child about their hero. They usually answer Dr. Jose Rizal, Andres Bonifacio, Apolinario Mabini, Emilio Aguinaldo and many more. Sometimes they also answer Batman, Superman, Spider man and etc. In this generation you can be a hero. Can be a hero in our own ways. It can also be your mom/dad and sometimes our pets can also be our hero.

During my journey, there is that someone who is always there for me. Someone who treats me not only as a daughter but also as a best friend. A best friend whom I can feel so comfortable, safe and free. Free in expressing my feelings when it comes to love. She is my speaker when there is the time that I don’t know what to say. She keeps telling not to give up no matter how intricate it was.

I know that my mom loves me since I was born and she will until the rest of her life. Even I joked and force her to say I love you to me. I know that somewhere deep inside, she loves me who and what I am. Even though sometimes I talk back at her, I can still feel that no matter what I do I will always be her Princess.

What do I look for? Having this kind of mom? Perfect! She’s already the best mom for me.

Wika ng Pagkakaisa

Wikang Filipino.

Reflection..

Inside the school, I need to take a lesson before an examination. During the first grading of this school year, I expected that there are lots of activities, assignments and especially there are lots of things I learned and discovered. One of the best things that Ive learned in this subject is on blogging. One of the most exciting parts is that bloggers can be our journal at the same time.

Facing these challenges/problems had been already part of our life. The problem that I encountered when we are making our draft is that I have wrong grammar, thats why I read English dictionaries and sometimes I also read books.

Moving on… I will do my best to face any challenges/problems that I encounter on our classes and daily life.

SONA 2014

Another year, another chance was given to President Benigno Aquino III to discuss the matters regarding to our country. To say his promises again. But we Filipinos are still hoping that those promises of him will not be broken.

July 28, 2014, when President Benigno Aquino III successfully delivered his fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA). In his SONA there are several  topics that are affecting the country that was not mentioned.

According to our president, all of the funds were given that are supposed to be given. The respondents and relief workers were quick during disasters. He also mentioned that there are new helicopters, fighter jets and landing ship. Those plans for road improvement, housing for Yolanda victims, schools and many more are still ongoing.

Many of us are also expecting the president to talk about impeachment complain because of DAP, pork barrel scam, energy problems and increasing price of fuels. There are also comparisons between his administration and the old one.

And lastly, our president told that we, their bosses that we are the key to continuing all the positive changes we have achieved. He also said that he believed that whether we has here or not, we Filipino is headed towards  the rightful destination.

Kalamidad Paghandaan Gutom at                   Malnutrisyon Agapan

Many typhoons had past here in our country. But the strongest typhoon was Yolanda where many people die and many buildings, trees were destroyed.

One of the reasons why they suffer this kind of disaster because they were not ready and totally informed about Yolanda before.

In every challenge we encounter in life, just like the Yolanda victims. We must be ready so that lesser things to worry out. So that we were not only expecting the help of others, especially our government.

Another problem in Tacloban has before been the lack of food, water and many more. And one of the most important things that we need in daily life is nutritious foods especially for children. This is also one of the reasons why the children got sick because they are not eating nutritious food.
Being a healthy person helps you to be alert, energetic and prepared in times of calamity.

Letter to the President (Republic Of The Philippines)

Mr. President:

It was an honor for us to send you a letter. Through this letter we can express our own opinion.

We all know that you have a good heart and good intension. However, good heart and good intentions alone does not make an efficient leader. I may not have yet the right age to vote but still I am expecting a lot from you. But I am expecting you to inspire the country to make that change. Inspire people, inspire us. This is the only thing I can say to you.  Now is the time to start turning negative things into positive one.  Now, our own country is still sick, full of problems to be solved. Though you can’t please everyone at least, you try making some efforts.

Thank you for your time, sir. God bless!

                                                                  Yours truly,

                                                                   Devie Marie Valencia
